Automatic Wind Watch Service — $550

An automatic movement is a marvel of self-sufficiency — powered by the motion of your wrist, ticking away with quiet precision. When it starts running slow, stops unexpectedly, or simply hasn't been serviced in years, our watchmakers give it the thorough attention it deserves.

What's Included in the $550 Service Fee

• Full disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of the movement
• Inspection and replacement of the mainspring
• Replacement of gaskets and seals
• Replacement of the crystal (if needed)
• Lubrication of all pivot points and jewels
• Reassembly, regulation, and timing test
• Case and bracelet cleaning

Note: Any additional worn or damaged parts beyond those listed above are not included in the $550 fee and will be billed separately via our Additional Watch Service Repair Fee invoice.

How the Process Works

1. Place your order — complete checkout to pay the $550 service fee.
2. Receive your shipping invoice — after your order is confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for your prepaid insured shipping label (cost based on your location and watch value).
3. Pay shipping & receive your label — once the shipping fee is paid, we email you a prepaid insured label (USPS or UPS) as a PDF to print.
4. Ship your watch to us — package your watch securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
5. We assess your watch — if any additional parts are needed beyond what's included, we contact you with a quote before proceeding. No surprises.
6. Service & return — once approved, we complete the service and ship your watch back to you.
