How It Works

1. Place your quote request — complete checkout to submit your request (no charge at this stage).
2. Receive your shipping invoice — after your request is confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for your prepaid fully insured shipping label. The cost is based on your location and your watch's declared value. You will always be notified of the exact amount before any charge is made.
3. Pay shipping & receive your label — once the shipping fee is paid, we email you a prepaid insured label (USPS or UPS) as a PDF to print and attach to your package.
4. Ship your watch to us — package your watch securely (using the original box if available) and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
5. Expert assessment — our watchmakers will carefully inspect your watch and evaluate the condition, movement, dial, case, and any parts required.
6. Receive your quote — we'll contact you with a detailed, itemized restoration estimate. Restorations start at $1,500 and vary depending on the complexity of the work and parts needed.
7. Approve & proceed — once you approve the quote, we'll begin the restoration. No work is done without your explicit approval.
