This fee covers the cost of your prepaid insured shipping label, which allows you to safely send your watch to us for service. Do not purchase this item directly — you will receive a separate invoice link from us after your service order is placed.

How It Works

2. We review your order and assess the appropriate shipping and insurance cost based on your watch's value and your location.
3. We send you a separate invoice for this shipping fee with the exact amount.
4. Once paid, we purchase your prepaid insured label and email it to you as a PDF.
5. You package your watch securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
