Luxury Watch Service — $800

Your luxury timepiece is more than a watch — it's an heirloom, a statement, and a piece of horological history. Whether it's a Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, or another fine marque, our luxury service is performed with the exacting care and precision these movements demand.

What's Included in the $800 Service Fee

• Full disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of the movement
• Inspection of all components under magnification
• Replacement of the mainspring
• Replacement of all gaskets and seals
• Pressure and water resistance testing
• Replacement of the crystal (if needed)
• Lubrication of all pivot points and jewels
• Reassembly, regulation, and precision timing test
• Case, bracelet, and crown polishing and cleaning

Note: Any additional worn or damaged parts beyond what is listed above are not included in the $800 fee and will be billed separately via our Additional Watch Service Repair Fee invoice. You will always be contacted and given a full quote before any additional work begins.

How the Process Works

1. Place your order — complete checkout to pay the $800 service fee.
2. Receive your shipping invoice — after your order is confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for your prepaid fully insured shipping label (cost based on your location and your watch's declared value).
3. Pay shipping & receive your label — once the shipping fee is paid, we email you a prepaid insured label (USPS or UPS) as a PDF to print.
4. Ship your watch to us — package your watch securely using the original box if available, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
5. We assess your watch — if any additional parts or work are needed, we contact you with a detailed quote before touching anything further. No surprises, ever.
6. Service & return — once approved, we complete the full service and ship your watch back fully insured.
