A quartz watch is a reliable daily companion — but even the most dependable movement eventually needs a fresh power source. Whether your watch has stopped, is running slow, or it's simply been a few years, a professional battery replacement keeps it ticking accurately for years to come.

What's Included in the $100 Service Fee

• Battery replacement with a quality replacement cell
• Gasket inspection and replacement if needed
• Water resistance test after reassembly
• Case cleaning

Note: If additional work is discovered (such as a damaged crown, worn gaskets, or stem issues), we will contact you with a quote before proceeding. Any additional repairs are billed separately via our Additional Watch Service Repair Fee invoice.

How the Process Works

1. Place your order — complete checkout to pay the $75 battery replacement fee.
2. Receive your shipping invoice — after your order is confirmed, we will send you a separate invoice for your prepaid insured shipping label (cost based on your location and watch value).
3. Pay shipping & receive your label — once the shipping fee is paid, we email you a prepaid insured label (USPS or UPS) as a PDF to print.
4. Ship your watch to us — package your watch securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
5. We replace the battery — if any issues are found, we'll reach out before doing any additional work.
6. Return shipping — we ship your watch back to you once complete.
